Teri Yanovitch

Teri Yanovitch has been on the front-line of the customer experience for more than three decades. Author of the acclaimed "Unleashing Excellence - The Complete Guide to Ultimate Customer Service", she is a former executive with the noted guru of quality management, Philip Crosby and taught for many years at The Quality College in Winter Park. She is also a former regional trainer of the southeast U.S. for the Hertz Corporation, keynote speaker at the Disney Institute, and a past adjunct at Cornell University where she taught Creating a Culture of Service Excellence. Teri's passion is to engrain service excellence into the fabric of the organization so that every employee understands service is not an either/or proposition, nor an add-on to their job, but it IS their job.

After many years of applying her process to corporations and businesses, Teri has been working with educational institutions such as Montana State University, George Washington University, Drexel College, Rollins College, University of North Florida, Seminole State College, Flagler College, and many others to enhance the student experience. She believes by eliminating the frustrations, hassles, and obstacles that get in the way of the student being able to focus on the learning in the classroom, the student will be happier and want to stay. She also believes that by showing the student, parents and other stakeholders that the institution really cares about them, it will help increase graduation rates and to better produce productive, successful citizens of the future.
