Mike Coste has been an online instructor for about fifteen years, having taught online for Front Range Community College, Regis University, Metropolitan State College and CCConline. He has also facilitated training for both students and faculty regarding online pedagogy and designed a number of online courses. He has presented on using YouTube and podcasting as teaching tools as well. After 20 years as a philosophy faculty member at Front Range Community College, he became Dean of Instruction at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado in 2013. He won the Master Teacher Award at Front Range Community College in 2011.
