Kylie Stryffeler (she/her) is an attorney in Bricker Graydon’s Higher Education group. Before joining the firm, Kylie worked at Michigan State University where she worked with pregnant and parenting students to implement academic accommodations/modifications related to pregnancy. Kylie carried this experience to her current practice where she frequently advises colleges and universities on matters related to discrimination based on sex, marital status, and pregnancy involving students and employees. Kylie also serves as an external investigator or interim Title IX Coordinator and often conducts trainings on the subject of pregnancy and parenting in higher education.
