Carolyn Rogers is the Director of Academic Services for the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium. She received her M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and has over 20 years experience in positions of leadership, providing program planning, development and implementation in healthcare, industry and higher education. She has led the development of CTDLC's eTutoring collaborative project, which over 10 years has grown to serve thousands of students annually in 3 consortia, covering 12 states and more than 100 campuses, providing synchronous and asynchronous tutoring sessions in writing, math, science, and more. Carolyn is recognized as an expert on online tutoring programs, providing consulting services and presenting on the subject at conferences and workshops across the United States. She also leads the CTDLC's new FIPSE sponsored online Adult Success Coach program, a collaborative service bringing together several diverse colleges into one web environment to share knowledge, ideas, and personnel. Ultimately, the work of this collaboration provides adult students with online coaching and resources to help them envision their future and realize their personal, academic, and professional goals.
