Brandy Baze-Ballard (she/her) is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and has been in this role at CMC since 2020. Brandy has over 12 years of experience in higher education, including project and grant management, software implementations, college athletics, undergraduate, graduate, and medical school recruitment and admissions. She came to CMC from Front Range Community College where she led the implementations of EAB Navigate Explore & Strategic Care as well as FRCC’s Online Student Orientation. She graduated with her M.A. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Missouri – Kansas City after she completed her B.S. in Physical Education at the University of Arkansas. Brandy's primary role in Strategic Initiatives is to manage and implement grants and initiatives related to Student Affairs, including TRIO Student Support Services & Upward Bound, Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI), and CMC's new student and concurrent enrollment online orientation.
